6月6日晚，本人亨达账户因账户通道无法正常入金，导致账户担保比不足引起爆仓！待可以后台可以入金的时候，账户已经爆仓。而且入金通道转账后，接近一个小时才到账户内，导致账户二次爆仓。 此公司平台与其他平台不同的是，当账户可用保证金为负数时，账户就无法风控，完成账户对锁仓位。当发现无法对锁的时候，我及时安排入金。因通道问题导致无法正常入金，待可以入金时候账户已经风控爆仓！ 与客服多次反馈说入金3小时内到账都是正常的，所以期间账户有任何风险，都是自己承担？请问下那个平台入金，3个小时才到？？？
