I reached out to customer support and waited for almost 7 hours. After checking, they only gave me excuses, stating that due to a high margin, they implemented a stop-loss. However, if the margin was indeed high, why did they let my 4 open trades continue for 4 hours before stopping them, only after they were in profit? This seems unfair to me, especially considering my capital is quite small. Feels like an attempt to deceive me.

My recent endeavor into the trading world led me to a broker all the way in Labuan, Malaysia, specifically designed for the big fishes in the scene – the institutional clients. A shout out to their risk management - that certainly eased my initial fears. However, their non-transparent trading conditions did give me pause. That being said, they've got phone and email support ready for any rough patches. So if you're comfortable navigating through the hazy conditions, this might be the ride for you!
