1. I tried to withdraw and they holding it with their reason that I wasn't active enough.
2. I contacted their online service and I was told I had to invest 90% or more each trading activity.
3. Their onlinr service got upset with me because I kept questioning them and I was told my account would be locked if I keep bothering them.
4. Anyhow, they locked my account beginning of March and more than a month already, as of 04-17-2024.
5. I was told I must make more frequently deposits before my account will be unlocked.
6. I requested that my asset (about 10K) will be transferred to my Blockchain and then close my account. They never responed to my request or gave me any information.
7. Their online service personnel is rude and angry if you keep question them.
Other customers are facing the same problem with withdrawel holding their assets and locked their accounts.
What amazes me the most is I still can make more deposits thru them, but I can't access my own account!
Is it legal for them to do that? I don't know at this point that they are ligit or scam?
