I reached out to them through the message center, but received no response. Attempting to initiate a chat proved nearly impossible as customer service seemed nonexistent. Trying to call them was equally frustrating, as the phone number provided was constantly unreachable. Moreover, when attempting to make a withdrawal, the withdrawal page displayed poorly and kept redirecting to the login page.
