Experiencing issues with Topaz lately. Unable to withdraw funds, and they've frozen my account without explanation. Customer support is unresponsive, leaving me frustrated. They suggested upgrading to a gold membership, but after doing so, withdrawal remains impossible. Now, they're asking for a deposit as collateral, which feels like a sudden revelation.
