Government data released on Friday evening showed the country's trade deficit in goods stood at US$ 4.83 billion in July, after its first trade surplus in over 18 years in the previous month. In early trade today, the BSE Sensex rose as much as 200 points. Presently, the BSE Sensex is trading down by 21 points, at 37,900 levels. Meanwhile, the NSE Nifty is trading up by 10 points. The BSE Mid Cap index is trading up by 0.1%. The BSE Small Cap index is trading up by 0.6%.
