ID: 922926 email: ducmanh1710@gmail.com Amount appropriated: $46,898.16 on May 20, 2024 Cause: unknown reason. I have normal manual transactions on the MT5 application platform using an IPhone 14 promax phone. All my transactions have a history recorded on the MT5 app. However, on May 20, 2024, I discovered that X Charter exchange arbitrarily deducted $46,898.16 from my account 922926 without any support or information from the exchange. I opened an account ̣( 923570) with X Charter in May and deposited $18800. The local X Charter representative ensured me that everything was safe. In five days of little trading, my account was terminated. The positive balance on it was confiscated with no explanation. All contacts were dead so I didn't get any response.

I deposited money into X-charter 2 times, each time 2k$. One time I burned, the second time I profited 3708.40. But when I placed an order to withdraw profits, it was canceled without reason. I opened an account and traded at X Charter with MT5 account number: 922671. On April 11, 2024, I deposited $500 and started trading and made a profit of $1376 and I made a withdrawal order that was approved normally. no problem. Then I continued to trade until April 15th with profit and the current total amount on my account is $2140.
