9月1日上午申请入金500美金，提交入金申请后，支付系统提示无法匹配订单，请求重新提交，造成多次入金申请记录，直到匹配上订单，按订单信息在规定时间内转账，结果一直未到账，联系客服，客服告知已将问题反馈给支付商，但支付商没有回复，让耐心等待，都10多天了，一直是这样的回复，说实话使用该券商5年多了，第一次遇到这种情况，希望平台尽快解决。
