The settlement time on AUSFOREX is 2:00, April 21st. I made some profits and closed position at about 2:24 to 2:25, while AUSFOREX withheld $21617.2 from my account. The customer service and manager kept shirking. They explained that the wrong quotation led to the abnormal trading, i.e., our profit didn’t account. Even though it was the quotation provider’s fault, why should we bear the losses? Will you compensate us if our accounts become liquidated? It only wants to hoard clients’ fund.
