The platform spread is high. At 18:43 on November 26, 2021, the minimum was 1780. Shirking responsibility, the spread was up to 375 pips. My account will not be liquidated if the spread was not that high. It took my margin due to high spread, so I got a liquidation. The minimum price was 1780 On Friday and it does not wipe out. The closing margin level was 283. According to my normal position, my position was only liquidated in 1776. My position was liquidated at the lowest opening on Monday at 1779.96. When I opened the account, I thought that the score was high and the spread was low so I open an account at Easy Trade. When I called customer service and he said that the spread was normal, then my question is, why did I liquidate my position on Monday at 1780 if I didn’t liquidate on Friday at 1780, not to mention the minimum deposit level of 285 on Friday at 1780. My demand is to compensate me $400. I don’t want anything more than that. When they call me back, I don’t want to talking for the reason about why they they refuse to pay me.
