However, the final answer I got That is, it will not be paid this time, and it will not be paid the next time it happens. What happened is as follows: I opened a trading position of NZD/CAD at 11:00, 12:00, and 18:45 in the platform time on the 22nd. At 21:00 on the platform time, there were abnormal fluctuations, resulting in My account caused a loss, I set a take profit, but I was traded at the highest point at that time, causing a loss, and the direction was in my favor when the market fluctuated abnormally, but I left the market at a loss, I I also made it clear to the account manager that if the spread widened due to the drastic fluctuations in the market at that time, I would not have to make the transaction.
