Have you ever come into the situation that the account was directly banned and the funds were seized?. The platform said it was because a deposit 20 days ago was complained by UnionPay. I called the issuing bank and UnionPay and they said that there was no such operation, and then the XM platform didn't give any explanation, or any solution. I don’t care if it’s a purely banned account, but all the funds in my account are frozen for this reason. I don’t know if XM has done this to other people! ! ! Is XM going to start strip-mining clients now? I have traded in XM for 3 years and have never had any problems, and there have been no illegal transactions.
