firstly was tried to withdrawal fund using local bank transfer but declined and sugested using indonesia pay method. I was tries to filled in wd form in website and select method using indonesia pay. But the data bank detail for destination always not activated. already contact cust support several email but not solved eventhoug i had follow their suggestion to clear cache, change device, using incognito mode etc waiting response and solution
