I did not receive the money, I use this platform for 7 or 8 years. If the account was wrong, the money did not remit. The system would show a withdrawal failure and the money was back to the trading account. But this time, I didn’t receive the money, that system shows withdraw success. Then I contacted customer service, at first they said the problem would be solved in one or two days. Now it’s been a week, still let me wait. Every time I contact customer service, they said the finance was processing. I send a message to the customer service and got no response.
