On November 28th, around 5 PM, there was a severe slippage issue with cxm. The actual execution slippage reached 1000 pips, which significantly deviated from the displayed bid price. This caused substantial losses across all accounts under my name and my friends', regardless of different trading strategies. Notably, the same EA trading strategy performed flawlessly on other platforms, yet resulted in margin calls exclusively on their platform—with nearly identical entry points repeating at the same price level. I hereby file a claim for compensation amounting to 47,400 CNY.
