　　I am writing regarding the matter of funds being deducted from account 2012946, and I hope to engage in friendly negotiations with the RockGlobal platform to resolve the dispute.

1. Trading Compliance: Since opening the account in May 2025, I have always followed the agent's guidance and adopted a strategy of "simultaneous buying and selling of price movements." Your platform's rules clearly state "allowing locking positions," and for the following four months, this operation was accepted, with normal deposits and withdrawals.

2. Timing of the Issue: The dispute arose after consecutive losses in the agent's trading signals, requiring the initiation of "loss compensation." At this point, the platform suddenly defined my continuous four months of operations as "wash trading" and deducted funds, which is difficult to understand.

3. Current Situation: After communication, the platform has refunded $2565 of the principal but still retains $2374.39.

　　We believe that holding me accountable afterwards, based on the fact of "long-term tacit approval by the platform," is unfair.
