Cessation of Business
CES Capital announces the complete cessation of its business from 15 October 2021 and the closure of its online trading services. According to the announcement, after the cessation of business until 15 November 2021, in order to assist customers to sell unsold securities and transfer assets, customers can call the trading hotline (+86) 4001-889-889/(+852)81989998 or customer service hotline (+86) 15000225231/(+852)81989777, trading hotline and customer service hotline Service hours are: 9:00am - 17:00pm weekdays. After 15 November 2021, CES Capital will deposit unclaimed asset applications to the High Court of Hong Kong.
Transfer of Client Assets
To assist clients in transferring their assets to other financial services providers licensed or registered with the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong, CES Capital has approached East Securities International Financial Group Limited (“ESI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern Securities Co. CES Capital's subsidiaries, Eastern Securities (Hong Kong) Limited and Eastern Futures (Hong Kong) Limited, provide securities trading (Type 1 Licence) and futures contracts trading (Type 2 Licence) services respectively. Upon successful opening of an account with CSI International, the client may transfer securities or futures assets to an account with CSI International by giving written instructions to CES Capital. The client still has the right to choose the licensed institution that the client deems appropriate to handle the transfer of assets as described above.
