The user is our loyal customer from Xinjiang, whose previous deposit and withdrawal worked well. But now Xinjiang is listed as one of the high risk areas. We communicated with the user and reached an agreement that the customer could submit 1-2 withdrawal applicaitons per week with an amount ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 US dollars. We have approved his withdrawal application. Mainly due to the huge amount of money withdrawn, the application is blocked by payment provider. We have already approved the part that we can afford. So further communication should be made with the payment provider about the customer's situation. Have a good time.
