I contacted XM customer service, and they clearly confirmed that my order hit the take profit, and I should have made a profit of $4,500. They also acknowledged that my losses and liquidation were due to issues on their platform. I have a recording on my phone as evidence. However, they only compensated me with $1,300. I am not asking for compensation for my profits; I just want them to return my principal. I hope WikiFX can help me recover my principal.
