Beijing time, at around 6 a.m. on December 25, 2023, the malicious spread on CHF/USD on the Exness platform widened by about 300 points, causing the CHF/USD19 position in the account to be liquidated and lose $15,000. The prices of CHF/USD on all international platforms at that time were around 0.8541-0.8550, but the lowest price of CHF/USD on the EXness platform was around 0.8304. Such a platform maliciously forces customers to liquidate their positions. Please help me handle this complaint. EXness platform compensate for my losses. The pictures are uploaded below as evidence.
