A Cabana Capitals user filed a complaint on WikiFX regarding the withdrawal issue on May 8, 2024. The user is frustrated and says in his complaint, “He invested 20,000 USD as a group investment with the broker two years ago.”

He further added that he had to face withdrawal issues many times since he invested with Cabana Capitals. The complainant tried to contact the customer support of the broker. But they talked very rudely and did not answer him appropriately. The victim shared their mail with us, which is written in two thousand plus words, but the broker failed to resolve the victims query. The mail starts with:

We hope this message finds you well. We appreciate your continued trust in Cabana Capitals Limited as your forex trading partner. However, we have noticed a concerning trend that requires our immediate attention.

We have recently identified instances where some trading practices are being exploited by your end. This involves the placement of pending orders just before news releases and the manipulation of trades using stop-loss and take-profit levels. It's important to emphasize that while we provide a fair pricing mechanism, these practices are not aligned with ethical and transparent trading conduct.

At Cabana Capitals Limited, we are committed to maintaining a trading environment that ensures fairness, integrity, and adherence to best practices. Unfortunately, the abusive trading practices we've observed have far-reaching consequences. Not only does it create an unfair advantage, but it also compromises the integrity of the market and our relationship with our liquidity provider.

There was more, but we only shared the first part with you. The Victim said the broker blamed him by saying he had done unethically toxic trading. “Cabana had deleted my entire history, but still, I have all my data, like screenshots and videos.” He further added.
