Abstract:FCA warnings reveal four unauthorised investment platforms using the same website design, differing only in their logos.

The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has issued warnings against four online platforms that may be providing or promoting financial services in the UK without authorisation. According to the regulator, these firms are not authorised and may nevertheless be targeting UK residents.
The platforms named in the FCA warnings are METROSTOCKS MARKET, MARKET MAJESTY SECURE INVESTMENT, IQINEX, and VANATAGE TRADE. In each case, the FCA advises the public to avoid dealing with the firm and to remain alert to potential risks.

In its notices, the FCA also reminds investors that unauthorised firms may provide misleading or inaccurate contact information, and in some cases use details that appear to belong to other legitimate businesses, making their communications seem credible.
Beyond the regulatory warnings, a review of the four platforms websites reveals a notable similarity in their design and structure.
Despite operating under different names and domains, all four websites display the same homepage layout, visual composition, and content structure. Key elements such as background images, page sections, button placement, and promotional text appear to be identical across the platforms. The only visible difference between the sites is the logo shown in the top-left corner.

This level of uniformity suggests that the platforms may be built using the same website template or backend framework, while presenting themselves as separate brands to users.
When multiple unauthorised platforms share the same website interface but operate under different names, it becomes more difficult for users to clearly identify who is behind each platform and whether they are connected.
Combined with the FCAs warnings, these similarities highlight the importance of looking beyond surface branding and paying close attention to regulatory status, website structure, and transparency when evaluating an investment platform.
