"I lost a big amount," Victim accused the broker

An Indian user complained against TCM Globals recently on WiKiFX. The complainant wrote in his complaint. He got a random call from TCM Globals on October 11, 2023. They communicated with him regularly on WhatsApp and persuaded him to invest with the broker. Later on, the victim got ready and invested 2,812 USD with TCM Globals.

The victim further stated, “I was traded well and got some profits. When I asked for the withdrawals, the broker said ongoing trading withdrawals were not possible.” He added that they started asking for more investment. I said I don't have funds, then they started a different conversation that my account will be zero because of the low margin level, but I have a 9000 dollar margin level.

“Broker said without a deposit we cant add credit, so I closed all my trades and asked for my withdrawal. After closing the trade without any intimation, they added 6,000 dollars as a credit to my account. The next day, they said that after paying these 6,000 dollars, I would get my total withdrawals of 11,000 dollars. They are not removing that 6,000 and not giving me my 5393 withdrawal. I lost a big amount of $424,500.” The Victim has filed a FIR against the broker.
