Webull is authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Agency(FSA), with License No. is 関東財務局長(金商)第48号 and the License Type is Retail Forex License, making it safer than unregulated. This is inconsistent with Webull's claim that it is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and there is suspicion of regulatory concealment.
